A 1.5% non-refundable surcharge applies to all payments made by credit card.
A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking, including balconies. A cleaning fee of AUD $400 will apply if there is any evidence of smoking within the premises.
Check-in time is from 14:00 to 23:00. Guests arriving outside of reception hours must contact the hotel 2 days in advance, using the details provided in the booking confirmation, to receive late check-in instructions.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Housekeeping service requests are not available on Sundays or public holidays.
Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 07:00:00.
The hotel only accepts valid credit cards for all payments and pre-authorizations. Debit cards (including debit Visa and Mastercard) and cash are not accepted. Guests must present a valid credit card upon check-in; failure to do so will result in the reservation being denied check-in.
