As interest in SDGs and environmental issues grows, our hotel is committed to working together with our guests toward a better “global environment” and “future.”
As part of this initiative, we have discontinued single-use plastic amenities and encourage guests to bring their own. From May 12, 2023, amenities are available for a fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to reduce environmental impact and realize a sustainable society.

【For Guests Staying Multiple Nights: Eco Cleaning Information】
As part of our SDGs initiatives, our hotel practices eco-friendly cleaning.
Room cleaning is provided once every three days:
For consecutive stays, the first cleaning will be on the day of check-in, and subsequent cleanings will be after the third night (on the afternoon of the fourth day of your stay).
Cleaning will be conducted between 10:00 and 16:00. If you are in your room during this time, please contact the front desk.
Cleaning dates can be changed upon request.
Towel exchange / Garbage collection:
Towels hanging on the towel rack will not be replaced during cleaning. Used nightwear will be exchanged.
Only garbage placed inside the trash bins will be collected. Garbage placed outside the bins will not be collected, so please ensure all trash is placed in the bins in advance.
On days when cleaning is not provided, towel exchange and garbage collection will be the same as for guests staying three nights or less.
Notes:
Glasses or cups containing beverages will not be replaced.
Keep your valuables with you at all times.

According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Effective from June 1,2019:
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.
Children from 6 years old are considered as adult. So they cannot sleep together. They need to use 1 bed like an adult.
Children under 6 years old stay for free sleeping together.
Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
In the Japanese-style rooms, the property offers futons instead of beds.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Please inform the property regarding number of children and age in the Special Request section upon booking. Otherwise, guests will be charged an additional fee and will be collected at the property upon arrival.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
