If you have made a flexible booking for someone else and you are not travelling together, but you would like to pay for this reservation, a payment link can be obtained easily by sending us an e-mail. With a flexible booking, payment deadlines are as stated in the cancellation policies. Please note upon check-in either an extra credit card authorisation or a deposit in cash of 100 EUR is required in case of any incidentals. The authorization or deposit will be refunded after check-out. The release time of the authorization is subject to the bank of the credit card holder. Guests who arrive by car can park in 'Qpark Nieuwendijk', which is located in front of the hotel. At the Front Desk, a parking ticket can be obtained at the special rate of EUR 28 per 24 hours. Additional hours need to be paid at the regular rate, or guests can buy a second ticket that is valid for 24 hours.
