Our hotel has been known as a “guest house” for 250 years. Living history-wherever you go. The Romans built their first thermal baths on the market square and the citizens founded their city underneath the New Castle – once the seat of the Margraves of Baden. The cobble-stoned market square, the town hall and the 800 year-old Catholic “Stiftskirche” are witnesses to this long tradition. Within a short walking distance you can reach all the other attractions Baden-Baden is famous for: the Kurhaus with the Casino, the new Opera House, the Theatre and the newest attraction – the Frieder-Burda-Museum of Art. There are so many beautiful places and buildings in our city that are worth being discovered. From our house you can get to all of them within a few walking minutes. Go and see the Festspielhaus, which is one of the largest in Europe and which has gained very good reputation in the world of music. Stroll along the river Oos, enjoy the world-famous Lichtentaler Allee and make a stop to visit the Frieder-Burda-Museum or the Staatliche Kunsthalle. Have a look at our beautiful Theater, the Kurhaus or the Casino. Or you walk on and have a look inside the Stadtmuseum or the ancient Lichtental Abbey. When you are back it’s time to relax. So enjoy yourself in the Caracalla Spa or the Friedrichsbad which both are just round the corner. All our rooms feature a nice seating area and a bathroom with either shower or bath. Futher they have a flat screen tv, hairdryer and compliementary WiFi. Our room rates are per room per night including our breakfast buffet and complimentary WiFi.
